2. Description of Service

RocketPDF provides online PDF tools including but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, and signing PDF documents. We offer both free and premium subscription services.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RocketPDF to:

• Upload or process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities

5. File Processing & Storage

Files uploaded to RocketPDF are processed on our secure servers. Free users' files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing. Premium users may have extended storage options. We do not access, review, or share your files except as necessary to provide our services.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

7. Intellectual Property

RocketPDF and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RocketPDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

RocketPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
